Dr. med. Ramon Chandra

Dr. med. Ramon Chandra completed his studies in human medicine at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and graduated in 1998. He successfully completed his doctorate at the Institute for Pathology at the University of Frankfurt in 2000.

He gained practical experience as a doctor in further training to become a specialist in surgery in the year 2000 at the Clinic for Plastic Surgery at the Bürgerhospital Frankfurt, at the Accident Clinic Frankfurt and at the Clinic for General, Visceral and Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Northwest Hospital. In 2009 he successfully completed his Residency in general surgery.

This was followed by training in visceral surgery at the Frankfurt Hospital Northwest, Hospital Sachsenhausen, and at the Sana Klinikum Offenbach (Clinic for Obesity and Metabolic Surgery). From 2015 to 2020 he then completed his Residency in ophthalmology at the Nuremberg Clinic.

Since 2021, Dr. med. Chandra works at the CARE Vision Eye Clinic Nuremberg.
