Wahib Dahma, FEBO

Wahib Dahma worked as a volunteer doctor at Al Husen Patriarchal Hospital in Al Hawash-Homs, Syria, from 2012 to 2014. Before working in Germany, he spent a total of 7 months at the University Eye Clinic in Dusseldorf from 2014-2015. He then held a position as an assistant doctor at the Clinic for Cosmetic Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Medicine in Leipzig before working as a research assistant and doctoral student at the University Eye Clinic in Dusseldorf from 2016 to 2022 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. med. Geerling. He was able to present the interim results of this doctorate at the congress of the German Ophthalmological Society (DOG) in Berlin in 2015. Wahib Dahma is a trained ophthalmologist with a recently completed specialist training in ophthalmology and a diploma in ophthalmology from the European Board. He received his license to practice medicine in Germany in 2016. He completed his medical studies at Balamand University in Lebanon, where he also attended various seminars and internships at St. George’s Hospital. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Balamand University. He has been supporting our location in Dusseldorf with his expertise since 2022.
