Information about the joint processing of your data
We,
- Care Vision Trier GmbH, Trier, Controller 1
- Care Vision Germany GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Controller 2, and
- MVZ Augenklinik Petrisberg GmbH, Trier, Controller 3
work closely together on your eye treatment at our Trier location. Due to this cooperation, we also process your personal data jointly.
To guarantee your rights and in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have concluded an agreement that sets out rules for the processing of your personal data. As so-called joint controllers (according to Art. 26 GDPR), we are jointly responsible for the processing of your data.

Who is my contact person for rights such as information or deletion?
We have jointly agreed on how to safeguard your rights and specified in more detail which obligations each party fulfills in order to comply with the GDPR. This applies in particular to the exercise of the rights of data subjects and the fulfillment of the information obligations under Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
